Like most protestants, we don’t consider marriage a “sacrament,” but it is something good and holy that we are delighted to celebrate.

From the very beginning, God knew that “it is not good for a human to be alone.” Throughout the Bible, God invites us into being together, and claims us in community. “See how good and pleasant it is when brothers and sisters live together in harmony!” (Psalm 133)

In marriage, community reaches its most intimate and thorough expression “in a joy that begins now and is brought to perfection in the life to come.”

If you, or someone you know, wants to know more, or wants to be married, just give Angie a call in the office (651-222-3619) to get basic building and space information or Pastor Joy for the deeper questions. We’d love to celebrate with you!
