Welcome
Thanks for visiting our website!
We hope you can find everything you’re looking for here. And, of course, we’d be happy if you also found your way to visit us in person.
On Sundays, you’ll find a wonderful blend of people; as many as 13 different nationalities come together every Sunday at 9:30 AM– many ethnicities but one people, many races under one God. The worship is also a blend: traditional elements, multicultural melodies and new sounds, all come together within a welcoming atmosphere.
Christ on Capitol Hill (we’re right across the street from the State Capitol) is a place where people experience genuine grace and kindness. Enjoy browsing our site, and we hope to see you soon!

Pentecost at Christ on Capitol Hill – May 27, 10:30 AM
This year Pentecost falls on Memorial Day weekend. But if you’re in town, don’t miss it. This is a highlight and a hallmark of Christ on Capitol Hill. The music will be wonderful and diverse. We will be joined by Rock of Ages Missionary Baptist Church, Love Inn Family Connections Hmong Assemblies of God Church, and Kingdom Ambassador Liberian Pentecostal Church. We will read the creed in many languages. Worship will be at 10:30 AM in order to accommodate our fellow churches that usually worship later. Sign up at the welcome table to read in a language other than English. There will be a potluck lunch following worship. Bring your favorite dish to share. This is a great opportunity to worship with and visit with the other churches that have our building as their home.
